Anita, Certified Dental Assistant
Anita is a familiar face around the office. She has been working alongside Dr. Szarek since 2011. She graduated from Middlesex Community College with an associate degree in dental assisting in 2009. At our practice, she works hard to make sure that every patient receives the highest level of patient care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends and vacationing in the Açores.
Melanie, Certified Dental Assistant
Melanie is a graduate of Middlesex Community College Dental Assisting program and has been practicing for more than 20 years. Her experience goes beyond general dentistry, which enables her to assist on a variety of complex cases we perform. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys being at the beach with her kids Cameron and Chloe.
Leah, Certified Dental Assistant
Leah is the youngest team member at the office and keeps our energy fun and youthful. Leah studied general biology at Emmanuel College and is excited to embark on her journey to dental hygiene school. She is grateful to her aunt Anita and Dr. Szarek for introducing and teaching her about the dental field. Leah is eager to make a difference in oral health and promote overall wellness. In her free time, Leah spends time with her family, especially her three sisters Claudia, Kendra and Vania.
Jessica, Certified Dental Assistant
Jessica joined our team in 2023 with 10+ years of dental assistant experience. Genuine love for engaging with patients reflects in her approach: she not only takes care of your dental needs but also ensures that your visit is marked by positivity and comfort. Her ability to keep everyone laughing and smiling transforms routine appointments into enjoyable experiences, leaving a lasting impression on our patients. When she is not at work, she is out enjoying the beach and spending time with her husband and her new baby girl Hailey.
Ashley, Registered Dental Hygienist
Ashley graduated from Middlesex Community College in 2014 with an associate degree in dental hygiene. She joined Dr. Szarek’s team in 2015. In addition to performing cleanings, Ashley believes that building relationships with her patients based on trust will enable her to provide the highest level of care. In her free time she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family and two dogs, Bella and Goose.
Rebecca, Registered Dental Hygienist
Rebecca is a 1994 graduate of Forsyth School for Dental Hygiene in Boston. She has more than 20 years of dental experience. Rebecca’s focus is on providing high-quality care to her patients and educating them on maintaining good oral health. She has two busy teenagers and spends her free time at their various sporting events.
Betsy, Registered Dental Hygienist
Betsy started her dental hygiene career with Dr. Szarek more than 20 years ago and is happy to be back. Betsy has a bachelor of arts degree from University of Maine and an associate of science in dental hygiene from Middlesex Community College. She has more than 20 years in clinical hygiene experience and was an adjunct professor at Middlesex Community College in the dental hygiene department. Professional Memberships include: American Dental Hygiene Association, MA Dental Hygiene Associates, MA Teachers Association and Ambassador for Coco Floss. Outside of work Betsy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Betsy’s famous motto is “butterflies and rainbows!”
Tracy, Registered Dental Hygienist
Tracy graduated from Middlesex Community College with an associate in dental hygiene in 1997. Her 20+ years of experience allows Tracy to deliver top-quality care to her patients. She has a unique ability to get to know all of her patients on a personal level and it shows because she has been treating many of her patients for more than 20 years! Tracy loves spending her free time with her family and going to Disney with her husband and three children, Maggie, Katie, and Jack.
Julia, Registered Dental Hygienist
Julia graduated from the University of New England with her bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene in 2023. She is well-versed in the latest dental technology and has the skills necessary to provide the finest standard of care. Julia is committed to ensuring every patient’s dental cleaning is a positive and educational experience. She creates a comfortable environment for her patients by understanding their needs. In her free time, Julia loves to spend time with her family at the lake house and make memories with her friends.
Marcille, Treatment Coordinator
Marcille has been in the dental field for almost 15 years and has worked at Dr. Szarek’s office since 2013. She’s committed to helping patients understand their dental insurance coverage and coordinate their treatment. She spends most of her free time with her husband cheering on her sons, Trevor and Logan, at their various sporting events.
Daniella, Treatment Coordinator
Daniella graduated from UMass Lowell in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business. She came to us with over ten years of experience working in the medical field and in customer service. At the practice, she teams up with Marcille to coordinate treatment, schedule appointments, and verify insurance eligibility for our patients. In her free time, Daniella spends most of her free time with her husband Angel, either being outdoors finding a new trail to hike, going on a new adventure, or relaxing at home.
Jessica, Office Manager
Jessica has been in the dental field for more than 25 years and has worked for Dr. Szarek since 2010. She graduated from Middlesex Community College with an associate degree in dental assisting in 2005. Her main role as our office mananger is complimented by her dental assisting background. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors in the sunshine with her husband and two sons.
